How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple, easy, and secure. Simply select the color, size, personalization options (if applicable), and the quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. The Shopping Cart page will then display the items in your cart and will allow you to change the quantity of each item you've selected or remove items. From the Shopping Cart page, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

When you have finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" or "Checkout" icon at the top-right of the page to review your selections. When you are satisfied with your order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" icon to complete your purchase.

Note: If you experience any problems with items disappearing from your shopping cart, make sure you have cookies enabled in your web browser.

How accurate are the colors of items featured?

We do our best to accurately represent the appearance of the products we sell on our online store. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor color settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product's true colors may not appear as they should on your screen.

How can I cancel or change an order?

If you need to cancel or change an order, please email GroupSales@mpoutfitters.com within 24 hours. If we have not shipped your order we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Is shopping on-line at MP Outfitters secure?

You can feel completely secure when ordering from MP Outfitters. All online transactions at MP Outfitters are handled with an industry-standard technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet.

Can I personalize my purchase?

Yes, MP Outfitters can customize your purchases with personalized embroidery. Select your embroidery options in your shopping cart before check out. Click "add embroidery" to make your embroidery selection. If you are looking to have your logo added into the selections, please contact GroupSales@mpoutfitters or 610-797-6900x405.

Can I return items?

MP Outfitters' Policy is exchange only within 10 days of receiving items. Returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee that can be added on at the time of the exchange. We do not take any customized uniforms back (i.e. embroidered, altered or screen printed garments). All items must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached.

Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
